The smartphone industry has really exploded in the last decade. We are living in an era right now where smartphones have been engraved into both our social and personal lives – this is largely thanks to innovative giants such as Apple and Google.

Just take a second to think about the millions of health and fitness apps, productivity apps, navigation apps, entertainment apps and, especially, game-oriented apps.

Think about this for a second. There is no need to drive or walk to the bank to deposit a check – it’s now possible to do it straight from your smartphone. Since I am a huge health & fitness nut, I’ve been drawn to the enormous collection of fitness apps out there. Today, I really want to share with you one of the best fitness apps I have come across that I think can truly change how you track and analyze your runs.

The Run Keeper Pro is an amazing application that allows you to keep tabs on your run. The app let’s you track your running duration and the distance you’ve covered; it also shows you your pace and the total calories you’ve burned. After your run, you quickly sync up your smartphone to a computer and upload all of your info to the Run Keeper website – this is where you can analyze an immense amount of information about the run you’ve just completed.
